I love the original of this but the cover has a lot of originality too.
Probably the best way a synth has ever entered a song. Amazing drum beat too.
3. I Heard It Through The Grapevine – Marvin Gaye
The sentiment in the lyrics is frightening. This song is electric and sounds like a rattlesnake being tasered.
Can’t wait to see them back together. This is a totally under-appreciated song.
5. Who Wants To Live Forever – Queen
For me, this is Queens most emotional moment. Heart wrenching.
6. Ultra Violet (Light My Way) – U2
This for me sums up everything about the sound of U2 from 1990-2000. Sounds like NASA.
